H. Wayne Huizenga Jr. and Fonda Huizenga have listed their mansion in Stone Creek Ranch, west of Delray Beach, for sale, asking $6.75 million.

He’s the son of billionaire H. Wayne Huizenga, who led companies such as AutoNationBlockbuster and Waste Management, and also owned the Miami Dolphins, Florida Panthers and the Florida Marlins.

Huizenga Jr. is the CEO of Rybovich Marina and president of Huizenga Holdings.

Billy Nash of the Keyes Company’s Nash Group is the listing agent for the 11,000-square-foot home at 16191 Quiet Vista Circle. It was built on the 5-acre site along a lake in 2007 and acquired by Huizenga for $1 million in 2009. Its interior was recently renovated by designer Annie Santulli.

With seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, the mansion features a pool and a patio with a grill.

“We are honored to serve as the exclusive listing agent for this truly stunning home,” Nash said. “It is perfect for everything from hosting large private events to simply enjoying the South Florida lifestyle with family and friends. Our team will be generating interest in the property both locally and around the world.”
